Man, I'm falling behind on uploading stuff!

So... an enigmatic title? This was the first picture I drew this year, and I was actually really pleased with how it turned out, so I figured it was a good point to both measure how far I've progressed in the last year, and a starting point to compare myself against in the year ahead. I'm really happy with how Harmony looks, particularly with her hair (which is looking better than the simpler style I used to draw it) and her proportions. I've also started experimenting with making eyes more elaborate!

Mischa, on the other hand, is looking increasingly artificial, much to my amusement. I can't help but smile at how implausibly narrow her waist looks compared to Harmony, and her simplistic, rounded curves. I'm going to try and keep the simple, flat style of eyes for my inflatables, to help them look painted-on and artificial. It'll be interesting to see how both styles look when I eventually get around to coloring things.

All in all, a good start to the new year!
